MurIḥ offers scented candles crafted with care. Minor variations in color, finish, or fragrance intensity may occur and are part of the product’s unique character.
All products are subject to availability.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made through the available payment methods on the website.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
Muriḥ reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Article 5 – Delivery
Muriḥ aims to dispatch orders within 1–5 working days.
Delays may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable law.
For all conditions regarding withdrawal, returns, and exceptions, Murīḥ refers to the return policy available on the website.

Muriḥ is not liable for any damage resulting from improper or unsafe use of its products.
Candles must always be used responsibly, including:
- Never leaving a burning candle unattended
- Keeping out of reach of children and pets
- Placing on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Use of the products is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Muriḥ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud or misuse
